Yeah like fiberglass mockup. probably to just make these look like Brownstone fronts
Such an odd design choice. It looks like there's already a patio, why not lower the patio and have actual functional stairs leading down to it? Looks pretty silly to just have floating fake stairs.
Or...you know...just give them like 40% more fucking patio space instead of ugly useless steps to nowhere.
