Aka what don't talk to me before I've had coffee people really mean.
What their coffee should be: Better sleep, a visit to the psychiatrist and meds.
Most of those people I've met just seem really stressed out more than mentally ill. I think less work is the prescription for most of them.
Yes this is true. Just gotta work up the energy and the courage to seek medical help...

I think having some actual alone time in the morning can be good. Doomscrolling doesn't provide that though.
