She later refused to press charges, because she knew that would subject her family, friends, coworkers, and herself to the right wing death/rape/torture threat machine.
How long till this is no longer possible. Cause she should always do it post election.
Since intimidated witnesses are an issue, the feds might have to treat it more like a mafia investigation.
