One's sleeping position can influence their lifespan and sleep enjoyment. Sleep on your left side.
Isn't it super normal to move and turn while sleeping? Is sleeping on the left side so much better that doing it for the first hour only has a noticeable impact? Or do you also need a weighted blanked to keep you in place for it to have that effect?
Sounds like pseudoscience to me.
It's verified, and no, the less movement the better. It's sleep we're talking about.

I know that sleeping on your left side is best for heartburn due to the way our stomachs are oriented.
Not sure about other reasons. I like side sleeping with a pillow between my legs for my shitty back pain, but maybe that's just me.
I'm not sure about evidence, but professionals do say this.
My heartbeat is very uncomfortable when sleeping on my left. Apparently it’s a common problem. Sleeping on my right solves this for me.
I sleep like I'm skydiving. Hopefully that's not the worst one.

As long as your body is limp and your senses/thoughts are at ease.
Wait, what? My cat only spoons with me when I lay on my left side, so of course I prefer laying on my left side now. Does he know something I don't??

I actually spent a long time forcing myself to sleep on my back because I was a chronic stomach sleeper and was having back pains. Now it’s the only position I can sleep in, lol.

But an individual isn't an average so when it comes to what's best for you, it depends.
