Cycling is so personal, and the likelihood that you'll get someone a gift that suits them is very unlikely, unless they've actually told you what they want/need.
Just get them an old timey ahooga horn for their handlebars.
You are not wrong, but there are a lot of interesting things for a self-gift too!
I only watch these gift videos for self-gifting! LOL
