Shifter is a youtube/peertube channel with lot of great insights on cycling.

Every year he collects stuff to gift to bike commuters and I there are some good suggestion in it.

I too would like some of those dope reflective decals. Looks like they're from Germany. Hopefully the shipping isn't outrageous.

Their website actually provides a list of venders and I found 2 in my city! Maybe you can buy from an LBS as well!

Cycling is so personal, and the likelihood that you'll get someone a gift that suits them is very unlikely, unless they've actually told you what they want/need.
