I love having a poke around the supermarket in the days after Christmas. Though it might wait until tomorrow, don't wanna walk there in this weather or tackle the car park.
Are there good deals to be had at the supermarket?
I almost went just for some chips but I couldn’t be bothered with the heat today.
I'm usually after the seasonal stuff like those tiny Darrel Lea "puddings" or the Santa shaped lollies if I'm totally honest. Last year I got some 45c Violet Crumble Santa's that while were delicious, I wouldn't buy full price!
I've had decent luck with hams going cheap. Christmas stuff like those fruit puddings etc also gets very cheap.
Oohh cheap smoked ham. That’s got my attention.
