The article described the hackers having access to what’s called Lawful Intercept capabilities. In the telecom equipment I’ve worked with, this takes the form of voice call tapping, full packet capture of data, or just a capture of connections made.

If they had unfettered access to this functionality, they could have spied on anyone at length. Government officials, C suite people at companies…anyone.

Importantly, you probably don’t know what all is encrypted in every app you use on your phone, so it’s best practice to encrypt the transport.

I wish that these two were the presidential candidates. They’re both coherent and seem to actually care about the things affecting us. The presidential candidates are playing partisan politics and parroting the same talking points on repeat.

Are republicans just openly supporting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine now?

Our society is crumbling into disrepair. Politicians openly solicit quid pro quo. This flagrantly corrupt culture needs a shock.

Every straight person I’ve talked to says they knew they were straight very early on. This goes for me as well. There was a brief moment in my teen years where I asked myself if I might be gay. It lasted about two seconds. The result was negative. There was no way I was going to be gay.

If this dude “convinced” himself he was gay, well, I think he might just be at least bi.

I paid too much for my EV, but am glad to see the prices come down for future buyers. When the price is competitive with ICE vehicles, I think we’ll see rapid adoption.

Shit company. I remember seeing the articles quoting Michael Dell saying WFH was the greatest thing and other companies were too scared to do it. All they do is put other people’s shit in a case.
