Looks delicious, homemade? If so, recipe? I've made okay bbq pork, but I want better

Nice. I would suggest:

  • Add more honey or syrup. You can apply honey several times throughout the cooking
  • Add more charring by cooking in very high heat the last 10 minutes

100% agree. Always do a little evaluation after a meal on what can be improved and this is pretty much exactly what I told the better half I needed to do.
