Personally? Refried beans would be what I go with, but ultimately it's whatever you find tasty. I use refried beans because I like the taste and it makes for a very easy filler.

It's surprising how good they are! If you aren't doing so already, take some limes and chop them up into sections for squishing - lime juice on these things is so good (provided you're a lime enjoyer).
