It helps to get paid a lot to not think about that

Ever since I’ve switched to DuckDuckGo, my searching experience has been way better. Google’s new mobile experience is absolute garbage.

Even though I own a pair of nice noise cancelling Sony headphones, I've stopped using it completely. I now only use my airpods pro. I think it's because I hated Sony's app. The airpods pro are just so much easier to use.

Gov. Greg Abbott on Saturday vetoed a bipartisan bill that would have expanded vote-by-mail access for people with disabilities — specifically people who are blind or paralyzed and need assistance marking their ballot.

Yes and Id like to put in my two cents. I love driving. And it’s been my experience, having owned both manuals and automatics, that it is way more attainable to achieve fun engaging driving experiences safely when I drive manual. It’s far more difficult to attain that safely when driving automatic. The reason is that automatic cars are usually only fun when accelerating, turning at high speeds, or recklessly speeding. Manuals can be fun pretty much no matter what you do. So it’s perfectly reasonable for me to expect to have a good time when driving safely in a manual, and in my experience there is little to no motivation to pull unsafe maneuvers in the name of having fun. Point is there are in fact people who drive for fun who don’t feel the need to drive recklessly.

kbin is different software but is part of the fediverse since it follows the ActivityPub protocol. Therefore you can interact with kbin from any lemmy instance as long as they allow communication with each other.

EDIT: To add to that, although I have signed up at Beehaw, I have subscribed to many communities of other lemmy instances, and several magazines from kbin through the Beehaw lemmy instance.

Personally, I'm loyal to Beehaw. I like the culture that it is trying to grow. But I like how I can subscribe to things outside of beehaw as long the instance has federation enabled.

My 2023 Mustang Mach 1 (pixelfed.social)

I wanted to share my Mach 1 that I bought recently and just finished detailing the other day. It’s a 2023 equipped with the tremec 6-speed manual. I previously owned a 2021 Mach 1 in black that I sold so I could get into a Wrangler. I sold it to get back into a mustang because I really missed my 2021 Mach 1 other than the fact that the black paint was hard to keep clean. I went with a Mach 1 instead of a regular GT because I really like the tremec gear box over the getrag one.
