The core problem is if you have people's attention that is worth money, and it will always be a corrupting influence in any medium.
I agree with what other people have said plus:
The bed should only be used for sleeping, when you wake up get out of bed and don't go back. Don't use your laptop or phone in bed, if you still have a tv - don't watch it in bed.
This helps set the situational subconscious expectation that the bed is for sleeping.
Meat is probably the wrong term, because to be a complete diet, the entire animal needs to be consumed - not just the muscle.
As with all things there is a spectrum of adherence. Some carnivores just like eating meat in a otherwise omnivore diet, some are strictly animal based products only.
There are some differences in vitamin availability (C comes to mind, which is actually in liver, but not to the currently recommended levels) - But curiously carnivore only populations like the historic Inuit did not suffer from scurvy. This is a area of intense debate, where we could discuss bioavailability of different food sources (liver is the supremely best bioavailable source of nutrition I'm aware of)
I think the most popular use of pure carnivore is for people trying to fix gut / bowel issues - carnivore can be a diagnostic tool - eliminate all foods except one, once things have stabilized, introduce foods back in slowly until symptoms appear.
Please put some context in the post title.

People you trust, in real life, is a good start
If you find value in the book, it doesn't matter who wrote it. Now... author reputation is a good metric, if a AI is consistently pumping out good books... then its time to welcome the robot overlords.
Asking other people you trust for recommendations is a great starting point.

The bureaucratic shade being thrown at the EPA... didn't know I was going to witness a interdepartmental beef start!
