Yea. My strat is to be friends with the extrovert and then identify the other introverts who're also friends with them and go be by ourselves together. I then return the favor by encouraging the introverts I'm now friends with to go to his outings.

Never have I used a laptop and thought "boy, I wish this had a touch screen".

What one do you use? I tried this but the one I bought even the dimmest setting wakes me up when it comes on.

I almost had that happen to me a year ago. Traffic had stopped on the interstate and I hear skrrt, skrrt, skrrt, skrrt getting closer and closer to me. I looked up in my mirror and see a Silverado rapidly closing the distance and thought "god damn it". I fortunately left enough room between me and the car in front of me that I was able to give him some more space and turned a full on collision into a tap that didn't do any damage. Pretty sure my foot was actually off the brake when he hit me and that helped absorb some of it as well. I was still pretty pissed though because I had more than enough time to think about all these things and consider moving onto the shoulder but I thought he would do that instead and still hit me with how fast he was going. Being an idiot, he did not and hit me anyway.

You don't have to do it for everything. There's lots of lower risk, rewarding activities than trying to find someone decent to date. I'm way less depressed since I got over the idea that I needed to be in a relationship to be happy. I have friends I hang out with. I have hobbies that interest me. Sure I'd like to have sex more but being in a relationship is no guarantee of that either.

I was able to do that for a few years bit I was living with my parents and paying them a pittance for rent. Certainly not independent. All my expenses shot up when I left but I was able to pay a lot of my loans off before that.

FX is one of the only 2 apps I ever paid for and it's great. I needed something to access SMB shares and it has always worked wonderfully. It's good for poking around in the file system on the phone too. There may be better stuff out since I bought it years ago but I've never had a reason to check.

My Skeletool has mostly held up for a decade and I've beat the shit out of it. I had a rivet break once but that was doing something really stupid that I shouldn't have expected it to withstand. I sent it in and they fixed it. That was the only problem I've ever had with it. It's one of my favorite possessions. Sad to see others have had bad experiences with the quality of the brand.

Probably some short story I read in high school but from what I can remember the first one that came to mind is Blood Meridian

That's the least of the problems with that guy.

The company I work for asks us to do shit like this in our meetings. Like "what does mean to you"? I always want to be like "well I like the part where I get a check every couple weeks...."
