Ordered this from a local spot for our Christmas Eve dinner. Crabs, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, lobster, sausage, potatoes, and corn, all in a buttery garlicky spiced sauce. Happy holidays, y'all!

It's a great mild sauce, I added like 4 Thai peppers I had to this. I would definitely kick up the heat next time I make this. But, with that said it's a yummy sauce.

The couple in front of us has been told to come back at 7pm. But - I guess - because my wife speaks Japanese they let us in and just told us that we only have 1.5 hours at the table because it's reserved after that.

This has been my go to lately. I think it cost me like 3-4 bucks to make this at home!

Mango Chef closed this year in #NorthBattleford and it made an amazing pork bulgogi dish. Finally found gochujang paste to make the dish at home. Loved it. It is pretty easy to put together and so yummy. I think it was just as good as the one from the restaurant at a fraction of the cost. Made some veggie broth from vegetable scraps. It's an easy way to elevate dishes and I add the scraps to my compost pile.
