I don't hate it, but I can't understand the wider appeal of it, Nightmare Before Christmas. I don't understand why people think the Jack and Sally relationship is so great. She pines away and he's to self absorbed to even notice that she is a girl. And there are people who to this day still make it their entire personality. It is a decent movie, and I like the music, but it's not that great.
I haven't seen anyone saying they think Jack and Sally have a good relationship other than just enjoying the general aesthetics of it.
Most of the junk for it push the Jack/Sally ship, there is so much fan art of it, it's rather insane.
Yeah, but I don't see many people saying they want "what they have" sort of thing.
Yeah, but it has aesthetic. /s
My 2yo is obsessed with this movie. It has two good songs, and a whole lot of boring.
