just got back from this epic day.
Big. Lots of broken boards. Surf built all day. Had to line up at 3 am to got a good spot to see. Hard to say if it was bigger than two years ago. Sets two years ago seemed to be forming further out.

Very cool! Post some more pics, if you got 'em!
i was terrible about taking pics but I'll ask around my acre who got better pics than me. prob mostly grainy off angle shots. Like they look good if you were there but potato cam no gone do em justice.
Biggest thing I can share was the impression. It was a big big day. Really hard to say if this was bigger than the 55 ft monsters we saw in 22/23. But it felt rougher. More injuries. one time thought we lost a surfer. I seen a guy got pulled out early his leg was pointing the wrong way. The brudh I was rooting for got busy his ear drum.
It just felt like a more difficult Eddie than the last one. The crowd thinned out at the end and we also got tired, too much sun and 15 hours of standing.
But it was a great day . Great surf and great people
We'll, that's understandable. I'm just trying to live vicariously. I'm in upstate NY, and it's 5 degrees outside right now. Glad you had a good day, my friend!
