This is unironically my greatest fear, and I know this to be true.
The cringe is real.

Almost any and all "tracking information" is fictitious. Many, many companies use estimates and present those as facts. Some are a lot more egregious about it than others. In my neck of the woods, I've noticed that PostNL's tracking info is often made up whole cloth, telling you your package will be with you tomorrow while it hasn't even entered the country yet, much less cleared customs.
That explains why they can go under the prices of the competition. Can't go much cheaper than slave labour.
If you aren't important and the perp halfway knows what they're doing - never. A majority of murders are never solved, you'd just become a statistic.

The only interaction I've ever had with authors of mods and such was sending them thanks for their hard work. Sad.
Cowards. The Ukrainians are laying down their lives in defense of Europe and they can't even get this, but a genocidal maniac who would sacrifice millions to remain in power gets all the aid he wants.
Ahh yes. Nothing like killing a perp and a few bystanders for a few dollars' worth of fare. USA! USA!
Remember: today it's "just" the Palestinians and you may not be affected or care. But tomorrow, it could be you.
This is a game of whack-a-mole with dire ramifications.
